A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH BLAYLOCK, THREET, PHLLIPS AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING FOR CDBG
14TH YEAR CONSTRUCTION OF BOWERS STREET FROM 44TH
STREET TO ASHER AVENUE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 2 -243 of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Blaylock, Threet, Phillips and Associates,
Inc. for design engineering for CDBG 14th year construction of
Bowers Street from 44th Street to Asher Avenue in the amount of
$23,770.00.
SECTION 2: Funds are currently available in the CDBG 14th
year budget.
