MOCK AND JACK MOCK PURSUANT TO AN OFFER TO PURCHASE BY PEGGY L. MOCK AND JACK MOCK AS TO TRACT K, AREA 201, LITTLE ROCK PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, SAID DEED TO CONVEY THE LAND AS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND TO BE DELIVERED UPON PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC- TORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. Peggy L. Mock and Jack Mock have offered to purchase approximately 1.25 acres of land described as Tract K, Area 201, Little Rock Port Industrial Park, pursuant to a letter from the purchaser dated April 5, 1989. The tract of land under consideration is more particularly described as follows: A tract of land situated in the North i SW ; Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the SW ; SW Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence along the South line of said Section 16, N88 °47'31 "W, 892.07 feet; thence along the West line of Tract C Area 101 of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park and the southerly and Northerly extensions of said line, N00 °12'52 "E, 1893.21 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of Lindsey Road; thence along said North right -of -way line of Lindsey Road, S89 047'08 "E, 409.42 feet to the Southeast Corner of Tract J Area 201 of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said North right -of -way line of Lindsey Road, S89 047'08 "E, 323.88 feet to a point 20 feet off the centerline of a Little Rock Port Authority Railroad Spur; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 526.44 feet and a chord bearing N50 048'26 "W, 416.63 feet, said line being a 20 foot offset to the centerline of said railroad spur; thence S00 012'52 "W, 262.07 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 1.25 acres more or less. 256 x-36 8 -i0 �j Section 2. As per a letter from the Purchaser dated April 5, 1989, -there shall be paid to the City of Tittle Rock, Arkansas the sum of $20,000.00 for the property described above. Section 3. The Board of Directors of the City of M1 Little Rock, Arkansas hereby approves the sale of the property described herein to Peggy L. Mock and Jack Mock, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas a Warranty Deed and the appropriate Plat and Bill of Assurance, conveying said property to Peggy L. Mock and Jack Mock; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said instruments and to deliver the same to the Office of the City Attorney for delivery of same to Peggy L. Mock and Jack Mock upon full payment of consideration in the sum of $20,000.00. Section 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from the date of its adoption. ADOPTED: May 16, 1 1989.
