A RESOLUTION FOR THE ABANDONMENT AND RELEASE OF A
CERTAIN EASEMENT ON ROGER EXECUTIVE CENTER AND
CENTERVIEW DRIVE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has no present
or future need for a certain easement across part of Koger
Executive Center, and Centerview Drive located within the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the necessary documents to abandon and release said
sanitary sewer easement within the City of Little Rock as
described on the attached Exhibit A.

LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION FOR THE ABANDONMENT AND RELEASE OF A CERTAIN
EASEMENT ON KOGER EXECUTIVE CENTER AND CENTERVIEW DRIVE AND
REQUESTING THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO EXECUTE THE
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RELINQUISH THE EASEMENT ON THAT
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility has no present
or future need for a certain easement across part of Koger
Executive Center and Centerview Drive located within the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that an
easement for the use and benefit of the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee or Little Rock Wastewater Utility over the
following lands should be abandoned and released:
1. That portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 13
West, as shown on a plat of Lot 6, Koger Executive
Center and Centerview Drive, as recorded in Plat Book
C, page 298 of the public records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being five feet (5') on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commence at the most northwest corner
of " KOGER EXECUTIVE CENTER UNIT 1 ",
according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book A, page 895, of
the public records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence along the westerly
boundary of said plat, the following
two (2) courses and distances: 1)
South 00 032'00" East 71.11 feet; and 2)
South 02 020'00" West 382.34 feet to the
most southwest corner of said plat,
said point being the former termination
of the southerly right -of -way line of
Executive Center Drive as shown on said
plat (now being the intersection of the
southerly right -of -way line of
Executive Center Drive and the easterly
right -of -way line of Centerview Drive,
all as shown in Plat Book C, page 298,
as recorded in said public records);
thence along the southerly right -of -way
line of said Executive Center Drive,
the following four (4) courses and
distances: 1) along a curve to the
right, having a radius of 40.00 feet, a
central angle of 83 136'21 ", and a chord
which bears North 44 008'09" East 53.33
feet, an arc distance of 58.37 feet; 2)
along a curve to the left, having a
radius of 319.17 feet, a central angle
of 18 034'21 and a chord which bears
North 76 039'10" East 103.01 feet, an
arc distance of 103.46 feet; 3) North
67 022'00" East 318.76 feet; and 4)
along a curve to the right, having a
radius of 435.44 feet, a central angle
of 15 010'01 ", and a chord which bears
North 74 057'00" East 114.93 feet, an
arc distance of 115.27 feet, said point
being the Point of Beginning of the
above described easement recorded as
instrument number 83- 23697; thence
along the centerline of said easement
South 02 048'58" East 48.48 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the centerline of
that portion of said easement being
abandoned, thence continue South
02 048'58" East 191.31 feet; thence
South 13 027'05" East 108.00 feet to the
Point of Termination of the centerline
of that portion of said easement being
abandoned.

2. That the City of Little Rock Board of Directors is
hereby requested to execute all necessary documents to
abandon and release said easement across the above
described property and the Manager of Little Rock
Wastewater Utility is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee all
necessary documents to abandon and release said
easement.
THIS RESOLUTION shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19W day of April, 1989.
