A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE
APPEALS, BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS, CITY SAFETY
COMMISSION AND THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION FOR POVERTY
ELIMINATION (COPE).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD.OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
Mr. Eugene S. Terry, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Eduard L. Scharff, said term expiring February
4, 1991.
(b) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS:
Mr. Don M. Thompson, appointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1991 (late appointment).
Mr. Schuler Rowland, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1991.

Mr. S. Porter Brownlee and Mr. Lewis May, appointed to
four year terms expiring May 12, 1993 (replacing Wm.
M. Harman and Robert Hooks).
(d) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION:
Mr. Keith Maddison, reappointed to a three year term
expiring January 2, 1992.
Mr. James Moorehead and Mr. Dick Moore, appointed to
three year terms expiring January 2, 1992 (replacing
George Bowman and Gladys Post).
Mr. Lloyd Noel, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Jerri Wilkerson, said term expiring January 2, 1990.
(e) COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION FOR POVERTY ELIMINATION (COPE of
Pulaski and Lonoke Counties, Inc.1:
City Manager Tom Dalton and /or his designee.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
