A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FROM THE 1988 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND PROJECT FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO HISTORIC BUILDING FACADES AS APPROVED
IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.

WHEREAS, the Historic Building Facade Grant Committee has
promulgated rules and regulations for the expenditure of funds
pursuant to the 1988 Capital Improvement Bond Project; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has received pending applications
for review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to expend
up to $500,000.00 from the 1988 Capital Improvement Bond Project,
Account No. 301 -8516 for facade projects as recommended by the
Historic Building Facade Grant Committee.
