RESOLUTION NO. 8,110
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR AN
ADDITION TO AND THE REMODELING OF FIRE STATION
NO. 10, LOCATED AT KAVANAUGH AND HARRISON.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award a contract to Flynco of Little Rock for an
addition to and the remodeling of Fire Station No. 10, located
at Kavanaugh and Harrison Streets, in an amount not to exceed
$459,474.
SECTION 2. Funds have previously been appropriated and
are held in Account No. 301 - 340 - 0044 -8010.
