A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION, BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT, CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, AND THE CIVIL
SERVICE COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION:
Ms. Donna Champ and Mr. Edwin Hanlon, reappointed to
three year terms expiring December 16, 1991.
(b) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
Ms. Diane Chachere, Mr. James R. Mitchell, and Mr.
Ronald Pierce, reappointed to three year terms expiring
February 4, 1992.
Mr. Tom Rystrom, appointed to a three year term
expiring February 4, 1992 (replacing Thomas McGowan).
Mr. Morris W. Thompson, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Earline Douglas, said term expiring February 4,
1991.

Ms. Jane Moses and Ms. Sherry Price Walker, reappointed
to three year terms expiring December 31, 1991.
(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
Mr. James G. vonTungeln and Mr. Timothy DeNoble,
reappointed to three year terms expiring October 19,
1991.
Mr. David Bazzel, appointed to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1991 (replacing A. J. Almand).

(e) CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
Mr. Robert K. Beal and Ms. Mary Storey, reappointed to
six year terms expiring April 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
