A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
LEGAL ADVERTISING FOR THE YEAR 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract for legal advertising for the year 1989
to the low bidder, the Arkansas Gazette, as specified in the
attached bid tabulation, and payable from the funds specified in
the attached fact sheets.
ADOPTED: February 7, 1989
