4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
5 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT

7 ENDORSEMENT OF CECO /WINDSOR DOOR DIVISION,
8 THE CECO CORPORATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
9 ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

12 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved zone
13 designation for Census Tract 20.02, Block Group 9 within the
14
15 corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
16 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
17 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
18
19 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in
20 Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations
21 of 1983, and
22
23 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
24 forms available from AIDC, and
25
WHEREAS, CECO /Windsor Door Division, located at 5800
26
27 Scott Hamilton Drive has been determined by the management
28 of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate applicant, and
29
30 WHEREAS, CECO /Windsor Door Division has agreed to
31 furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone, all necessary
32 information for compliance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF

35 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. CECO /Windsor Door Division shall be
endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit from the
exemptions as provided in Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise
Zone Program Regulations of 1983.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
