A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF SIBLEY
HOLE ROAD IN THE NE 1/4, SW 1/4, SECTION 33, T -1 -N
R -13 -W IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 5th
day of December, 1988, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of Sibley Hole Road from the
fire hydrant to the Fourche Creek Bridge (approximately 850
feet in length, lying north of the centerline of Fourche
Creek and parallel to I -430) in NE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section
33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (no
plat of record in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas) subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 3rd day of January 1989
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
