A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE 4 g i
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE __ ROCK_ v STREET
BETWEEN 30th _ AND ___ 31st_ STREET,
IN __Mary Ann_ __ ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the &paid of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
26th- day of October -1 19 88 , asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of ROCK V Street
between _ 30th - and . 31st _ Streets in Block_ 1 _
of _Mary Ann _ Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book I -, Page .75 , in the
the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in
said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th _ day of .November _, 19-L$.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.,
