A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 14
j OFMidland Hills: ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAMAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 26th day of Aug. , 1988 asking the
Board of Directors to vacate and abandon that portion of alley in Block 14,
MIDLAND HILLS ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
abutting Lots 18, 9, 8, 7 & South 25 feet of Lot 6, as designated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 , Page 150 , in
the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th day
of Nov. ,19 88 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
