RESOLUTION NO. 5,039
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO
RELINQUISH EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents to relinquish
certain sanitary sewer easements on certain properties located
within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as described on the
attached Exhibit A.

EXHIBIT A
A 10 ft. wide Sanitary Sewer Easement to be abandoned across part
of SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 12, T -I -S, T -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as being 5 ft. either side
of the following described center line; starting at the Southeast
corner of Lot 2, Springtree Village, an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S 89 degrees 12' 30" W across the
said South line of Lot 2, 126.60 ft. to a point on the East
right -of -way line of Springtree Drive; thence S 89 degrees 19' 30"
W, 50.0 ft. to a point on the West line of said right -of -way line;
thence continuing S 89 degrees 19' 30 W, 125.0 ft. to a point;
thence S 0 degrees 40' 30" E, 130.0 ft. to the point of beginning;
thence S 82 degrees 8' 23" E 156.62 ft. to the point of
termination, said Easement to be abandoned is across the center of
Lot 41 (unrecorded at this date) Springtree Village, an addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RELINQUISH
EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility has no future need
for the sanitary sewer easements on certain properties located
within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas to hereby re-
quest that the Little Rock Board of Directors abandon the sanitary
sewer easement specified below:
(1) A 10 ft. wide Sanitary Sewer Easement to be abandoned
across part of SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 12, T -1 -S, T -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
being 5 ft. either side of the following described center
line; starting at the Southeast corner of Lot 2,
