A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO CONVEY THE
ABANDONED FIRE STATION AT 14TH AND PULASKI STREETS
TO CARLTON P. McCRARY OF PANTAVA AVIATION FOR THE
TOTAL PRICE OF $32,051.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to accept the offer of Carlton P. McCrary, of Pantava Aviation,
for the purchase of the abandoned fire station at 14th and
Pulaski Streets for the total price of $32,051. If suitable
financing is not secured by Mr. McCrary, the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the offer of Harper
Systems Company.
