RESOLUTION NO. 8,008
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SHREDER CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OF CABOT, ARKANSAS TO RELOCATE THE 12 INCH
AND THE 21 INCH SANITARY SEWER LINES FOR THE TAYLOR
LOOP, 1987 BOND PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Shreder Construction Company of
Cabot, Arkansas in the amount of $31,500.00 for the relocation
of the 12 inch and the 21 inch sanitary sewer lines for the
Taylor Loop, 1987 Bond Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are currently available in Account No.
301 - 220 -0059 for this project.
