RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD OF ASSESSMENT
FOR
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 141
OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 141 of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "District ") has formed
its plan for improvements and has ascertained the approximate
cost of the improvements, and
WHEREAS, a board of assessment should be appointed to assess
the benefits to be received by each lot, block and other
subdivision of land within the District by reason of the proposal
local improvements, and
WHEREAS, John M. Kapp, John W. Beard and Carol J. Kordsmeier
are electors of the City of Little Rock and are qualified by
training and experience to service as assessors for the District
and are so willing to serve, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock that:
John M. Kapp, John W. Beard and Carol J. Kordsmeier shall be
and are hereby appointed as the Board of Assessment for Water and
Sewer Improvement District No. 141 to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas to assess the benefits to be received by
each lot, block and other subdivision of land within the District
by reason of the proposed local improvements.
