A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KPMG PEAT MARWICK
TO PROVIDE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING SERVICES
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2 -44 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby
authorized to enter into an annual renewable agreement with KPMG
Peat Marwick to provide certified public accounting services to
the City of Little Rock for 1988.
