A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LITTLE ROCK
WASTE WATER UTILITY FOR THE RELOCATION OF A
12 INCH AND A 42 INCH SANITARY SEWER LINES
FOR THE FOURCHE CREEK PROJECT, PHASE II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with the Little Rock Waste Water Utility for the
relocation of a 12 inch and a 42 inch sanitary sewer lines for
the Fourche Creek Project, Phase II for the total amount of
$281,000.00. Diamond Construction Company of North Little Rock
was the low bidder.
