RESOLUTION NO. 7,992 285
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE EXTENSION OF
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 1988 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND PROJECTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2 -44 of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the engineering services contracts for the Taylor Loop
Road Project to Civil Design, Inc. in the amount of $80,000.00;
the Chicot- Preston to Milford Project to AMI Engineering, Inc.
for the amount of $17,000.00 and the Otter Creek Bridges to
Grimes & Johnson, Inc. for the sum of $60,000.00.
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects have previously been
appropriated and are available in Account No. 301 - 220 -0059 for
the Taylor Loop Project; Account No. 301 - 220 -0054 for the
Chicot- Preston to Milford Project and Account No. 301 - 220 -0066
for the Otter Creek Bridges.
ADOPTED: August 2, 1988.
