A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE AMBULANCE AUTHORITY; ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD
OF TRUSTEES; BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; CENTRAL ARKANSAS
TRANSIT AUTHORITY; HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION; MOTION
PICTURE 6 TELEVISION COMMISSION; OAKLAND- FRATERNAL
CEMETERY BOARD; PARKING AUTHORITY; PORT AUTHORITY;
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE AND THE SIGN BOARD OF APPEAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective
Boards and Commissions:
(a) AMB UNCE AUTHORITY:
Mr. David Jones, reappointed to a five year term
expiring July 21, 1993.
Appointed to four year terms expiring June 30, 1992:
Mr. Sanford M. Besser
Mr. Curt Bradbury
Mrs. S. Graham Catlett
Mr. Frank S. Clawson
Mrs. Ralph Coppess
Ms. Patricia Gray
Mr. Ronald G. Kuerner
(c) BOAgQ OF ADJUSTMENT:
Mr. George Wells, reinstated to a term expiring
February 4, 1990.
Mr. Ron Copeland, reappointed to a four year term
expiring August 26, 1992.

Ms. Cheryl Nichols and Mr. John Jarrard, reappointed to
three year terms expiring June 15, 1991.
Mr. William H. Kennedy, III, transferred to Quapaw
Quarter Association member position, to fill the
unexpired term of Jacalyn Carfagno, said term expiring
June 15, 1990.
