FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING FOR THE CDBG 14TH YEAR CONSTRUCTION OF PANKEY STREET FROM JOSEPHINE STREET TO BLACK ROAD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. In compliance with Section 2 -44 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Terry Johnson Associates, P.A. for design engineering for the CDBG 14th Year Construction of Pankey Street from Josephine Street to Black Road for a total price of $25,980.
