A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO THE CROMWELL
FIRM FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO THE ALLISON,
MOSES, REDDEN FIRM FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WORK
FOR THE WAR MEMORIAL POOL COMPLEX.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In compliance with Section 2 -44 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby
authorized to accept bids and award a contract to the Cromwell
Firm for architectural services for the Arkansas Arts Center for
a total price of $67,000.00.
SECTION 2. In compliance with Section 2 -44 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby
authorized to accept bids and award a contract to the Allison,
Moses, Redden Firm for architectural design work for the War
Memorial Pool Complex for a total price of $132,500.00.
