RESOLUTION NO. 7,977
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE COMMITMENT OF
THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO
APPROPRIATE UP TO $20,000 FOR THE MIDTOWN
CORRIDOR AND BRIDGE CAPACITY STUDY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby express their commitment to participate with the
City of North Little Rock and the Arkansas Highway and
Transportation Department by appropriating one -third of the cost
but not more than $20,000.00 for a special study entitled the
Midtown /I -30 Bridge Capacity Study.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
