A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RELINQUISH
EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has been
advised by the Little Rock Wastewater Utility that it has no
future need for the sanitary sewer easements on certain properties
located within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Little
Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee on the 15th day of June, 1988,
hereby requesting the Little Rock Board of Directors to abandon a
certain sanitary sewer easement as specified below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors hereby
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the necessary
documents to relinquish easements on the following properties
located within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Parts of Lot 15 R, Prospect Terrace, an Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
The East 10' of the North 127' of said Lot 15 R.
AND
Commencing at the NE corner of said Lot 15 R; thence
N870 03120 "W along the North line of said Lot 15 R
5.0' to the Point of Beginning (said point being in
the centerline of a 101 easement, 5' each side of said
centerline); thence in a Southeasterly direction 1101±
to the North line of an existing easement (said point

being 371± Ease of the West line of said Lot 15 R).
The above described easements appear on the final plat
of Lots 14 R & 15 R Prospect Terrace, an Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, recorded as Plat #
C -161, April 2, 1987 in the records of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
