Home My WebLink About7944RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR QUAPAW CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Quapaw Central Business Improvement District No. 5, have made due report to the Board of Directors that they have qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for their improvement, and have estimated the cost thereof, and have recommended the appointment of John M. Kapp, John W. Beard, and George P. Eldridge all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said District; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the report is approved, and that John M. Kapp, John W. Beard and George P. Eldridge be and they are hereby elected as assessors for Quapaw Central Business Improvement District No. 5, and they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other tract of land within said District by reason of the proposed improvement.
