A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WITSELL, EVANS &
RASCO, P. A. FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF FIRE
STATION #10; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WITSELL, EVANS
& RASCO, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES SHOULD
RENOVATION PROVE FEASIBLE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In compliance with Section 2 -44 of the Little
Rock Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Witsell, Evans & Rasco, P. A. for a
feasibility study of Fire Station #10 for a minimum fee of
$4,500.00 with a guaranteed maximum fee of $6,500.00
SECTION 2. The City Manager is further authorized to enter
into a contract for architectural services with Witsell, Evans &
Rasco, P.A. for Fire Station #10 should the feasibility study
determine that the existing fire station can be renovated to meet
the City's needs.
