A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG
KINGSROW DRIVE NORTH OF CANTRELL ROAD IN,KINGWOOD
,
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the third day of November , 1987
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a fifteen foot strip
of right -of -way along the Western edge of Kingsrow Drive from Cantrell
Road to the North approximately 165 feet in Kingwood Place Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 4 , Page 226 , in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the
15th day of December , 19 87 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
