RESOLUTION NO. 7,861
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $86,000
TO ARCHITECTURAL HOMES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THREE HOMES FOR THE CITY'S AFFORDABLE HOME
OWNERSHIP PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby authorizes the City Manager to award a contract to the
low bidder Flare Corporation dba /Architectural Homes, 6514 West
Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, in the amount of $86,000 for
the construction of three (3) homes for the City Affordable Home
Ownership Program.
