A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR BIXLER DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission reviewed
and approved the preliminary plat of Bixler Commercial
Subdivision on January 13, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Department of Public Works has
required the owner to dedicate the necessary right -of -way
and existing improvements to the City prior to final
platting of the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, "Dedication of Right -of -Way Easement" and
"Consent to Dedicate Easement" documents have been executed
by the adjacent owners to be filed at the Pulaski County
Courthouse upon approval of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors hereby
accepts the dedication of right -of -way for Bixler Drive in
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
