RESOLUTION NO. 7,844
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR ANNEXED
TERRITORY TO MABELVALE- ALEXANDER SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 142 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Mabelvale- Alexander Sewer
Improvement District No. 142 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made
due report to the City Board of Directors that they have formed
plans for the improvements to be constructed in the lands
annexed to the District pursuant to Ordinance No. 15,322 of the
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have estimated
the costs thereof, and have recommended the appointment of John
R. Larrison, George Fox and James H. Larrison, all duly
qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to
assess the benefits in said lands annexed to the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the report is
approved and that John R. Larrison, George Fox and James H.
Larrison be and they are hereby elected assessors for
Mabelvale- Alexander Sewer Improvement District No. 142 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office
and to assess the benefits to be received by each and every
other lot, parcel or tract of land within said territory annexed
to the District by reason of the proposed improvements.
