RESOLUTION NO. 7,841
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF BIDS FOR THE RECAPPING OF TIRES AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to accept bids from
various persons to determine the cost of recapping tires on City
vehicles.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to award a
contract to the bidder that is accepted for this project in
accordance with City policies.
