RESOLUTION NO. 7,840
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF UP TO
$67,000.00 TO THE ADVERTISING FIRM OF
CRANFORD, JOHNSON & ROBINSON FOR THE
LITTLE ROCK ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Arts and Humanities Promotion
Commission has undertaken an advertising campaign to promote the
work of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
has previously authorized the expenditure of up to $80,000.00 for
this work; and
WHEREAS, the advertising firm of Cranford, Johnson &
Robinson submitted the accepted bid of $67,000.00 to do this
work:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Cranford, Johnson & Robinson to provide an
advertising campaign for the Little Rock Arts and Humanities
Promotion Commission and to pay up to $67,000.00 for the services
rendered pursuant to that contract.
