)N APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR
ATION AREA IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTINO. 2
F LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area
Improvement District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas', recommend
the appointment of Bill Looney as Chairman; Norman Pumphrey as
Vice Chairman; and Larry Henderson, Secretary.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1.
That Larry P. Henderson, Bill
Looney,
and
Norman Pumphrey
are hereby appointed as members of
the Board
of
Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area Improvement District
No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
THIS RESOLUTION shall become effective upon its ;passage and
approval.
ADOPTED July 7 , 1987.
