A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO RENEW
THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS MANAGEMENT,SERVICES
WITH ADJUSTCO, INC., FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 11 1987
THROUGH JUNE 30, 1988.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock currently has an agreement
with Adjustco, Inc. to provide claims payment and loss control
services; and
WHEREAS, Adjustco, Inc. has been extremely effective in the
handling of the City's business since the original award of this
contract on July 1, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
the contract for Workers' Compensation Claims Management Services
with Adjustco, Inc. for the period of July 1, 1987 through June
30, 1988.
