A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
RENEW THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION EXCESS INSURANCE
COVERAGE WITH EMPLOYER'S REINSURANCE CORPORATION
FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 11 1987 THROUGH JUNEl301

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock currently has in force an
insurance policy with Employer's Reinsurance Corporation for
,insurance coverage for individual claims exceeding $150,000.00 and
an aggregate self- insured claims exceeding 89.5% of our standard
manual premium amount; and
WHEREAS, due to the success of lost control efforts, the
City may increase its single claim limit from $5 million to
unlimited coverage and the amount of aggregate coverage from $2
million to $5 million.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ,RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF.
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
the policy for the workers' Compensation Excess Insurance coverage
with Employer's Reinsurance Corporation for the period of July 1,
1987 through June 30, 1988.
