RE: Automated Permit and Inspection System
Bids Opened May 1, 1987
I have completed my study and analysis of the two bid proposals
submitted to the City of Little Rock for the above referenced
system. My recommendation are as follows:
The Alternate Bid proposal submitted by Jordan and Associates,
Inc. of Houston Texas should not be considered since it
does not meet the specification of our system. The bid is
for providing software only and this software does not meet
our specifications regarding voice activated systems.
The Proposal submitted by Diversified Software Systems should
be accepted as low bidder for the specified system.
