A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT ON THE WEST 15
FEET OF LOT B, TRACT 2, PARKWAY PLACE, FOR
THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE SANITARY SEWER
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the existing sewer easement for the above
referenced property runs north and south through the middle of
said lot; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said easement be moved to the
west side of the lot in order to provide adequate space necessary
for the construction of a Little Rock Fire Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute an easement for the west fifteen (15) feet
of Lot B, Tract 2, Parkway Place for the use and benefit of the
Sanitary Sewer Commission.
