A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH BROOKS JACKSON IN
THE AMOUNT OF $27,500 FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES TO CONSTRUCT TWO FIRE STATIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In compliance with Section 2 -44(b) of the
Little Rock Code of Ordinances dealing with the selection of
professional services, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Brooks Jackson in the amount of
$27,500 for architectural services for the construction of two
(2) fire stations (No. 15 located at Kanis and Barrow Roads and
No. 20 located at Markham and Oak Meadow Drive).
SECTION 2. The funds to be used for this contract have
previously been appropriated and are available in Account No. 499-
8418 and.499 -8419, respectively.
