RESOLUTION NO. 7,742
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE EAST ,85 FEET OF
WEST 25TH STREET (FORMERLY WEST 22ND STREET)
BETWEEN WOODROW AND BOOKER STREETS, AND THE EAST
100 FEET OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 31 ALL IN C. E.
GALLAGHER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 29th
day of December, 1986, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon the east 85 feet of West 25th Street
(platted as West 22nd Street) between Woodrow and Booker
Streets in Blocks 3 and 5 of C. E. Gallagher's Addition and
the East 100 feet of the alley between Lots 1, 21 9 and 10
of Block 3, C. E. Gallagher's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Plat Book 77, Page 428, in the
the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in
said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of April , lg 87,

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
