RESOLUTION NO. 7,740 82
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR PUBLIC
BEARING ON APRIL 7, 1987, TO AUTHORIZE THE
CT TY MANAGER TO SUBMIT TO TF:E HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT, A STATEMENT OF
OBJECTIVES AND PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS T,NHICH
INCORPORATES THE ACTIVITIES RECOMMENDED FOR
FUNDING BY THE CDBG CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
COORDINATING COMMITTEE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That April 71 1987, at 6:00 p.m., shall be
the date for a public hearing to authorize the City Manager to
submit to the Housing and Urban Development, a statement of
objectives and projected use of funds which incorporates the
activities recommender; for funding by the CDLG Citizen Participation
Coordinating Committee.
SECTION 2. Notice of the public hearing shall be
published once a week in a newspaper of general public publication
)rior to April 7, 1.987.
SECTION 3. The public hearing shall be set for thirty
minutes. The participants are urged to designate their speakers
and to coordinate their presentations.
