RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR WEST
MARKHAM SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 146
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of West Markhan Sewer
Improvement District No. 146 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made
due report to the City Board of Directors that they are
qualified for office and have organized, and have recommended
the appointment of John Kapp, Fallon A. Davis and Robert W.
deBin, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
assessors to reassess the benefits in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the report is
approved and that John Kapp, Fallon A. Davis and Robert W. deBin
be and they are hereby elected assessors for West Markhan Sewer
Improvement District No. 146 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they
are directed to take the oath of office and to reassess the
benefits to be received by' each and every other lot, parcel or
tract of land within said District by reason of the District's
improvements.
