A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7,439
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGAER TO NEGOTIATE
A CONTRACT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS
AT LITTLE ROCK FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATOR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 7,439 adopted on
July 16, 1985 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Upon securing the grant, the City
Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate a contract
with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for
the establishment of a small business incubator.
