SUPPORTING THE PULASKI COUNTY THREE 14ILL ROAD
TAR AND URGING CITIZEN APPROVAL OF THE MEASURE
ON NOVE14BER 2, 1982.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has approximately 790 miles
of streets; and
WHEREAS, voter approval of the Three Mill Road Tax will
provide funds for continued and improved maintenance of City
streets; and
WHEREAS, our streets represent one of the major capital
investments of our citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby expresses its
wholehearted support and urges our citizens to support the
Three Mill Road Tax to be voted on by the voters of Pulaski
County on November 2, 1982.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
