RESOLUTION NO. 6,871
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF ALLOCATIONS FOR 1983
JOB TRAINING PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The recommendations for allocations for
the 1983 Job Training Program funding are hereby accepted and
approved.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.

SUBJECT: FY1983 CETA Allocations

We have been advised by the U. S. Department of Labor that
we should plan for a fiscal year 1983 CETA program allocation
of $952,095. This amount represents approximately one -half
of the FY1982 funding amount.
Following program priorities established by the Manpower
Advisory Council staff recommends the following distribution
of funds:
Little Rock School District $112,207
Pathfinder 99,624
EOA of Pulaski County 300,689
Opportunities Industrialization Center. 102,205
Associated General Contractors 52,259
Little Rock OJT 53,000
Staff would request that the Board pass a resolution alloca-
ting these funds as outlined above.
