RESOLUTION NO. 6,867
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF THE OPTION ON THE PURCHASE OF A
PARCEL AT 13TH AND HANGER STREETS FOR
A PERIOD OF TWENTY -FOUR MONTHS: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Eastview Terrace Limited Partnership has
requested that their option to purchase the remainder of the
property at 13th and Hanger Streets be extended for
twenty -four months; and
WHEREAS, the option pertains to the 2.44 acres
remaining from the original 10 acres or less from which the
partnership has previously purchased 7.6 acres; and
WHEREAS, the Eastview Terrace has completed the first
phase of construction and needs additional time to complete
the second phase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The extension of the option on the purchase
of a parcel at 13th and Hanger Streets is hereby authorized
for a period of twenty -four months.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
