A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DOYLE O'KELLEY TO
ASSIGN HIS RIGHTS UNDER A CERTAIN LEASE
BETWEEN DOYLE O'KELLEY AND THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Doyle O'Kelley, lessee of certain
lands from the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which lands
are described in a documents entitled "Amended Lease,"
dated November 19, 1980, and signed on that date by and
between Doyle O'Kelley and the Mayor and City Clerk for the
City of Little Rock, shall be and he is hereby authorized
to assign any and all rights that he may have under the

said lease agreement to one Lloyd Choate of Judsonia, Arkansas.
Section 2. Provided, that the Board of Directors
does not hereby waive its rights to enforce the obligations
under the said lease agreement against Doyle O'Kelley and,
the said Board of Directors shall continue to hold liable
said Doyle O'Kelley for any and all obligations with accrue
against the lessee and in favor of the City of Little Rock
under the terms of the said lease agreement, particularly
in the event of any default of any of the terms the said
lease agreement by the assignee of Doyle O'Kelley. Further-
more, the City of Little Rock does not hereby waive any of
its rights with regard to enforcement of municipal code
requirements.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
