A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPANSION OF THE
SCOPE OF THE CHICOT /BASELINE ROAD ROADWAY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 9130; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to direct the staff to expand the scope of the Chicot /Base-
line Roadway Improvement Project, Project No. 1930, to
include Chicot Road from Preston Drive to Yorkwood Drive
to:
(a) widen Chicot just north of DePriest Road; and
(b) do preliminary engineering and right -of -way
acquisition from Preston to Milford Drive.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
