RESOLUTION OF DISSOLUTION
OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 624
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, all bonds of Street Improvement District No. 624 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, have been retired; and
WHEREAS, all assets of said district are in cash; and
WHEREAS, all debts of the district, including reasonable legal
fees and other expenses incurred in connection with the dissolution
of said district have been paid; and
WHEREAS, all remaining funds of the district have been refund-
ed to the property owners pro rata who held title to the property
in the district as of July 30, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD.OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Street Improvement District No. 624 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, be and is hereby dissolved.
Section 2. All future levies and assessments of said district
be and are hereby cancelled.
Section 3. The Commissioners of said district are hereby
relieved from further duties.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after i- ts-- adoption and approval.
