A RESOLUTION REJECTING THE OFFER OF MR. MAX DAVIS
TO PURCHASE CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1123 SPRING
STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Directors hereby respectfully
rejects the offer of Mr. Max Davis to purchase City owned property located
at 1123 Spring Street, Little Rock, Arkansas because the offered price
is far below the appraised value of the said real estate.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED the 20th day of July 1982.
