A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
APPROXIMATELY 2.66 ACRES LOCATED NEAR THE
MABELVALE CUTOFF AND CHICOT ROAD INTERSECTION
FOR A FIRE STATION SITE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The purchase of approximately 2.66
acres located approximately 500 feet south of the Mabelvale
Cutoff and Chicot Road intersection to be used for a fire
station site is hereby authorized at a cost of approximately
sixty -five thousand dollars ($65,000.00), the funds for which
have been previously appropriated.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
